Account Set Up and Ordering

If you are a new customer, we invite you to open an account with us! Simply fill out our credit application and return it to us, either in person, by fax or mail. A credit decision is usually made within 48 hours of receiving your application, but if you supply credit references it may take longer depending on their timeliness.

If you do not wish to open a credit account with us, we also accept cash or check on delivery orders. You can also prepay in person with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We will only accept over-the-phone card payments from established customers.

Delivery of fuels, propane, lubricants and DEF

Gasoline and Diesel (ULSD clear and dyed) deliveries are typically made within 24 hours of order placement. Propane deliveries are typically made within 72 hours of order placement.

Deliveries are made during regular business hours (8 am and 5 pm). Delivery site must have clear access to the fuel tank, or someone on site to provide access, and we have a strict policy that site must be free of unrestrained animals.
